We are a veterinary clinic and needed a solution for our concrete floors in our treatment area. NW Creative Resurfacing has been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. From the initial phone call with Melinda, to Adam coming out to take a look at our space, they were friendly, prompt, and provided excellent customer service. Our floors ended up costing a little more than the original estimate, but Adam sent me photos and kept us informed every step of the way, so it wasn't a surprise and we trusted his judgement 100%%. The final product is amazing! They will be so easy to clean and sanitize, and also provide great traction for our staff and patients. Adam even stopped by after the job was complete, just to check in and make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns. Adam and the whole NW Creative Resurfacing team did an amazing job on our pool deck and raised patio. We've worked with a lot of contractors on various projects over the years and Adam and team were exceptional in terms of punctuality, professionalism, workmanship, communication and ease of working with. We are extremely happy with the results of the resurfacing done by Adam. The old surface was in terrible shape and about 12 years old. I own a floor refinishing business, not like this company. I met Adam several years ago from my next door neighbor. He has since done work for dozens of my customers. His work and quality is exceptional. I just had Adam come to my home and do the flake coating to my garage floor. I had 15 year old epoxy that was starting to chip away, and my very first thought was to call Adam to make this look nice again. I am a VERY picky person. Adam and his guy knock it out of the park!!! He showed up and ground off the old epoxy coating on my garage floor, including the edges. Then did his magic and the floors look OUTSTANDING!!! I am very pleased and highly recommend his work to anyone. All my customers that called him to do their floors have relayed the same thoughts on his work to me.
